Our founder, Daniel L. Pinion, is a 28-year U.S. Army veteran (Command Sergeant Major, Retired) and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner with active TS/SCI clearance. From leading multinational operations across 51 countries and managing $150M+ budgets in high-stakes environments to guiding enterprise transformations in the Department of the Army and federal contractors, Daniel has driven 25–30% efficiency gains, reduced timelines by 30%, and achieved sustained behavioral change in complex, matrixed settings.
A combat veteran of multiple combat deployments, he draws directly from those experiences to deliver precision leadership that builds trust, mitigates resistance, and empowers people to thrive through change.
